For WILD • WILD Network • wildnetwork.co.uk

Welcome to WILD and WILD Network, operated through wildnetwork.co.uk and any connected services, apps, bots, APIs, dashboards, and platforms (collectively referred to as “the Service”, “we”, or “us”).

By accessing or using our website, Discord integrations, bot features, or any related services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
  • You are at least 13 years old (or meet your region’s minimum digital consent age).
  • If you are accessing on behalf of an organisation, you have the authority to do so.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When updates occur, the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Service means you accept the new Terms.

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Attempting to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the website, systems, or bot.
  • Circumventing security measures or authentication.
  • Abusing economy systems, experience systems, or bot features.
  • Uploading harmful, malicious, or illegal content.
  • Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating others.

We reserve the right to suspend or block users who violate these rules.

4. Accounts & Authentication

Some features (such as dashboards and bot-linked profiles) require sign-in via Discord OAuth2.

By authenticating:

  • You permit us to access basic Discord profile information (e.g., username, avatar, ID).
  • You agree not to share your account or attempt to access another user’s account.
  • You remain responsible for actions taken under your account.

We do not process or store Discord passwords.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect only the data required to operate the Service, such as:

  • Discord user IDs
  • Guild IDs
  • Profile data (e.g., XP, levels, leaderboard scores, permissions)
  • Logging information for security and debugging purposes

We do not sell personal information to third parties. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy (if you want one, I can write it for you too).

6. Economy, XP & Leaderboards

Your participation in the WILD Network bot economy (XP, coins, messages tracked, guild stats, leaderboard positions, etc.) is subject to:

  • Possible resets or adjustments
  • Anti-abuse monitoring
  • Fair-use restrictions
  • Rate limits to protect performance

We are not responsible for lost progress caused by outages, bugs, or database errors — though we always aim to minimise issues.

7. Discord Bot Usage

By inviting or using the WILD Bot, you acknowledge that:

  • The bot may read and log message metadata for XP calculations (not message content unless explicitly stated).
  • The bot may store user and guild data for operational purposes.
  • You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Guidelines while using the bot.
  • We may remove features, introduce new ones, or discontinue the bot at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All logos, branding, website design, bot code, artwork, and written content belong to WILD Network.
  • You may not reuse, resell, modify, or redistribute any part of our site, bot, or brand without written permission.

User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant us permission to display and process it as required for the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform may rely on or integrate with third-party tools such as:

  • Discord

We are not responsible for downtime, outages, or issues caused by these services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the Service.
  • This includes (but is not limited to) data loss, downtime, bugs, account issues, or misuse of features.

Use the Service at your own risk.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any feature, including but not limited to:

  • Dashboard access
  • Bot interactions
  • Leaderboards
  • Account-linked systems

This may occur for violations of these Terms or security concerns.
